It\u2019s meaning is just a little deeper, a little more heartfelt and intentional than \u2018take care\u2019. It gives me cause to pause every time and lets me know that my friend<!--more--> truly means good for me.<\/p>\n<p>Although you and I will experience the Lenten season in separate space this year, I hope that our focus and intention might be aligned. Let us commit together to the experience of rest and renewal through intentional acts of restfulness for the body, mind, and spirit. Our living into this commitment will look a bit different for each of us, and yet, I am sure that the Spirit will bring the gift of renewal to our collective heart.
