Based on John Wesley’s Three Simple Rules for Methodists, “Do no harm, Do good, Stay in love with God,” we strive to be a church with Open Hearts, Open Minds, and Open Doors. We welcome and accept people from all walks of life. As a reconciling congregation, our church supports LGBTQ rights and invites all people to join our spiritual journey, following Christ who transforms the world through his followers.

I served Korean Methodist churches before joining The United Methodist Church. I have served several churches in Wisconsin since 1999 and came to Bay View as a servant leader in 2021. My passions include social justice, racial harmony, LGBTQ rights, and inter-faith dialogue.

I am married to Cindy, a retired teacher, who enjoys babysitting grandkids. I enjoy golfing in summer and swimming at the YMCA in winter.
