Lent and Easter 2025
March 4 – Shrove Tuesday, free meal in our dining (enter from Pryor St. door). Menu includes pancakes, butter, syrup or fruit toppings, applesauce, sausage and beverage.
March 5 – Ash Wednesday, community potluck at 5:45 pm and ecumenical worship at 7 pm. Christ Church UCC, 915 E. Oklahoma Ave., Milwaukee.
March 12-April 16 – “The Message of Jesus,” a book and DVD by Adam Hamilton, is the focus of our Bible study starting at 5:30 pm with soup. Pastor Jerry will lead the class.
April 17 – Maundy Thursday ecumenical worship at Tippecanoe Presbyterian, 125 Saveland Ave., Milwaukee, at 7 pm.
April 18 – Good Friday, ecumenical service at Unity Evangelical Lutheran, 1025 E. Oklahoma Ave., at 7 pm.
April 20 – Our Easter worship will begin in our sanctuary and online at 9:45 am. Our Faith Singers and Wesleyan Bells, along with other musicians, will help us celebrate Christ’s triumph over death.
